{Update} I moved to wordpress!

April 4, 2014 Announcement, personal life, update 14

I finally did it!

I finally took the plunge and moved to WordPress. I bought my own domain, and started hosting on Ashley @ Creative Whim’s new Book Host server.

It was a deal that I couldn’t pass up. You get access to all of her themes (like Tweak Me) AND the Ultimate Book Blogger Plugin!! For no extra cost!

How awesome is that? Plus she responds to emails at lightning speed and is super helpful.

You can check out Book Host here

And the first 30 people get free migration from blogger to wordpress! Super easy.

All but 1 post and 5 comments made it over for me.

You can see my new blog at

I am still working on some design stuff but wordpress is all very new to me so anyone that really knows all this stuff let me know, I might have some questions for you! If you have any good plugins/tips/tutorials that you have used send them my way! I will love you forever

Yay, Michelle! It looks great. I use the Tweak Mt theme and UBB plugin too – love them. Congrats, girl. 🙂

Congrats on everything going smoothly! It seems like a lot of bloggers are happier after the switch.

Thanks 🙂 I really do like it. It takes some getting used to after blogger but everything is so nicely integrated and put together. My website feels a lot more complete.

Ashley is made of awesome! And your blog looks great already, I’m sure you’ll be able to tweak things as you get more comfortable with WordPress, too.

And losing a single post and five comments isn’t bad, now, I guess you’ll spend time updating all your reviews with the UBB plugin 😀

Ashley is so great! I was so impressed with how easy she made everything.

Thanks Lexxie, I’m sure my blog will continue to be tweaked but I am happy with how it is right now, which is not something I was really ever able to say on blogger 😉
