{Mini Review+Giveaway} INDECISION by Elisabeth Grace @1elisabethgrace

{Mini Review+Giveaway} INDECISION by Elisabeth Grace @1elisabethgrace

Oh Elisabeth Grace how I love you and your books! Let me count the ways. Actually that is kind of what I am going to do. This is going to be a mini review because I have read and COMPLETELY LOVED so many of Elisabeth’s new adult and adult romances that I am afraid I will get too gushy here. So I am just going to quickly run down the reasons why you need Jamie McTavish and this book in your life. ASAP. First, I’m going to let this graphic speak for itself: Done! Jamie McTavish is hot and swoon worthy and I would like a moment or two alone with him. Seriously, that alone is enough of a reason to make me want to read Indecision. (Not to be confused by the similarly titled and similarly covered series, Indiscretion series.) Second, Elisabeth writes not only great romance but she writes great characters, and great plots. Great everything. Period. Her books are so engaging, and well written, you will not… Read more »

{Review} Indiscretion Volumes 3 &4 by @1ElisabethGrace

{Review} Indiscretion Volumes 3 &4 by @1ElisabethGrace

This review is for volumes 3 and 4 of the Indiscretion series. I did my first review on the first two volumes and I thought that worked well. You can check out my review here.  This way I have some more to talk about. The first three volumes in this series are around 80 pages each, but volume 4 is twice as long, and I loved that. It felt more like a full length novel, because Elisabeth Grace does a fabulous job with story and character development. I found volumes 3 and 4 to have a little bit of a different tone than the first two volumes. I still really enjoyed them, and they still had the hot chemistry, but they were more serious. It was like the first half of this series was about them getting to know each other physically and the last half was about them getting to know each other on a more personal level. I really liked it! Max and Chloe are put through some… Read more »

{Review+Interview+Giveaway} Indiscretion by @1ElisabethGrace

This review is for volumes 1 and 2 of the New Adult Serial Romance- Indiscretion. I have had some meh experiences with novellas and short stories lately. I kept picking up shorts that were not well developed, utterly rushed and just weren’t grabbing my attention. But I just needed the fabulous Elisabeth Grace to restore my faith in the novella. And Serial novellas are my favorite kind of short story. I am absolutely LOVING Indiscretion. I just got my copy of volume 3 yesterday and I am already itching to put aside my current book to read it. The chemistry between Chloe and Max sizzles and jumps off the page. I know the deal between them is no strings attached and just something casual, but the way they are around each other is surprisingly tender and beyond wonderful. I am always so blown away with what Elisabeth Grace is able to do with her characters. And what she is able to do in just 70 or so pages in incredible!… Read more »

{Review} Picture Perfect by Elisabeth Grace

{Review} Picture Perfect by Elisabeth Grace

Picture Perfect is the second book in the limelight series, but it can be read as a standalone. The first book, Rumor Has It, is about Ellie and Mason and this book is about Ellie’s best friend Skye. Ellie and Mason make an appearance in the book, but this is completely Skye’s story. I really like the theme that Elisabeth Grace has worked into this series. Neither of the characters are celebrities in this one, but Skye is the daughter of a politician, and Landon owns a PR company, so the media plays a role in this book as well. If you remember my review of Rumor Has It, you know that I COMPLETELY FELL IN LOVE WITH IT. It was one of my favorite new adult romances ever! So Picture Perfect has some damn near impossible shoes to fill. Did I like it? Yes!! Did I love it as much as Ellie and Mason’s story? No, but it was still a great read and a good edition to the… Read more »

{Review} Rumor Has It by Elisabeth Grace @1elisabethgrace

You know when you just want to hug a book when you are done with it? Rumor Has It is that kind of book. I just want to hug it and snuggle with it in bed for a while. This book just made me happy. Elizabeth Grace blew me away. It goes up there as one of the New Adult MUST READS. It is set up in what I am calling the classic new adult contemporary romance narration style. The books in the series can each be read as stand-alones, but the characters pop up in each of the books so you can check in on them. The book itself is told in dual narrative, with each chapter alternating between Ellie and Mason’s point of view. This is my favorite narrative style. I just love to peak around in guys heads during romance books. Ellie and Mason do not disappoint. They are funny, sexy, caring, and best of all multi-faceted. I loved the depth that Elisabeth Grace woven into her… Read more »
