Orphaned, disgraced, and stripped of her title, Rho is ready to live life quietly, as an aid worker in the Cancrian refugee camp on House Capricorn.

But news has spread that the Marad--an unbalanced terrorist group determined to overturn harmony in the Galaxy--could strike any House at any moment.

Then, unwelcome nightmare that he is, Ochus appears to Rho, bearing a cryptic message that leaves her with no choice but to fight.

Now Rho must embark on a high-stakes journey through an all-new set of Houses, where she discovers that there's much more to her Galaxy--and to herself--than she could have ever imagined.

Hi Everyone and welcome to my stop on the Wandering Star blog tour! I am super excited to be representing House Aquarius today. (In real life I am a member of House Libra) Romina wanted to share each of the houses weapons with you, as a fin extra to enhance the reading of Zodiac and Wandering Star. I loved the idea so much that I created a pinterest board to represent House Aquarius. Check it out to see what kind of weapon the house members will kick butt with!

Are you guys ready for the weapon of House Aquarius??!

HOUSE AQUARIUS, philosophy

The Elders of House Aquarius are always unassumingly armed with their Barer: a devastating multi-weapon made of a series of connected rings fitted perfectly to the wearer’s dominant hand, making it a very quick draw. When an Elder makes a fist, metals in the rings convert energy from the atmosphere, emitting brilliant aqua arcs of electricity. The wearer can then either use the Barer as a sword, or mold the energy into the form of a bow that will fire off devastating electric blasts. For hand-to-hand combat situations, the Barer grows a blazing row of electric spikes, turning into a terrifying set of “brass knuckles” that delivers electric jolts every time it connects with an opponent.

I love that this is a combination of a weapon fitted to the warrior and also unassuming, but then all at once scary as hell! The rings are almost like a hand jewelery or ornamentation and then they turn into crazy, scary hand spikes! I added pictures of what I think the hand pieces will look like, I think they would look different for men and women, and I picture them all having different styles so no one knows what they are. I added pictures of the Barer both before it turns into the weapon and after in all its’ glory!

Will have to look into this one. Nice cover and thanks for the stop. Interested in zodiac signs, so maybe I’ll enjoy this, too.
