August TBR
I am actually kind of scared to make this post. I don’t even want to see what my review pile for August looks like. Because I go back to school at the end of August, in a perfect world I would be ahead on my reviews for at least the first two weeks of school but I know that is never going to happen. I will be lucky if I can make it through this review list.
I ‘m done with my summer job on August 10th and then I am going on vacation to North Carolina for a week and I have a week off before I need to head back up to school so hopefully I will be able to get lots and lots of reading done. ::sigh- isn’t that always the plan?::
There are two great events going on in August that I am participating in to try and get some review books out of the way.
–Review Copy Cleanup: a month-long event hosted by Vicky and Nyx! If you want to find out more about the event or sign up, go here. You can also follow on Twitter, using the #RCCleanup hashtag.
–NetGalley Knockout: another month long event hosted by
Christen @ Godilox and the Three Weres This one is going to be hard for me, but I have so many NetGalley books that I am going to try super hard to read at least a few of them.
Ok, here is the dreaded list of books to read. All of them are review books so the whole list is my goal for Review Copy Cleanup and the bolded books are my NetGalley books.
1. Beautifully Broken by Sherry Soule
2. Moonlight Mayhem (Spellbound #2) by Sherry Soule
3. Jelly Bean Crisis by Jolene Stockman
4. Journey of John and Julia
5. Marked by Jennifer Snyder
6. Changed (Marked #2) by Jennifer Snyder
7. Never Say Never by Kailin Gow
8. Glitch by Heather Anastasiu
9. The Weight of Night by C.L. Stegall
10. Fractured Light by Rachel McClellan
11. Nocturnal by Chelsea M. Cameron
12. Dirty Blood by Heather Hillenbrand
13. Integration (Bonfire #2) by Imogen Rose
14. Inbetween by Tara Fuller
15. Nightmare by Chelsea M. Cameron
16. Painted Blind by Michelle Hansen
17. Sliding Beneath the Surface by Doug Dillon
18. The Goddess Legacy by Aimee Carter
19. Spellbound by Cara Lynn Shultz
20. Vicious Deep
So that would be 20 books total for the review copy cleanup and 6 books for the netgalley knockout!
Oh boy, I hope I am not overly ambitious but I fear I might be. Wish me luck!
Have you joined either of these challenges? Send me a link to your lists so I can check them out and cheer you on!

Oooh, vacation! I was in NC in May, it was nice. I actually did read a little bit, mostly on the drive down, but some while we were there. Hope you have a great time and can get to reading some of those books! 😀

I’m jealous of your vacation! 🙂
I’m participating in the RCCleanup … and don’t worry! My list is just as long as yours. I have to add another title to it still! I’m hoping to get caught up by the end of the month. That would be AWESOME!
Good luck!

That’s a lot of books, Michelle! I’m doing RCC too, and I have 7 books on my list…I figure I’ll be lucky to get those read, plus books I want to read for pleasure. I’m going to check out the NetGalley challenge since most of my review books are from there. Good luck, and I’ll be back to cheer you on! 🙂
