{Review+Giveaway} Crossing the Friend Zone by Kelly Eadon @keauthor

{Review+Giveaway} Crossing the Friend Zone by Kelly Eadon @keauthor

Crossing the Friend Zone is an adult contemporary romance by author Kelly Eadon. This is the third book in the Belmont Beach Brides series. I really enjoyed the first two books in the series, but each of the books can be read as standalones. They are all set in the same world, and I enjoy seeing the character crossover. I loved Kelly’s easy way with romance and building a connection between characters. Her first book, The Wedding Date, was a feel good read for me, and her next book, The Family Man was the same. And Crossing the Friends Zone was no different. It was a  feel good romance that I read in one sitting. Crossing the Friend Zone is the story of Ainsley and Ryan. If you have read my reviews, you know that I love a good friends to more storyline. Mix that in with Kelly’s gift for writing fun, sweet and sexy romances that make you want to smile, and I knew this one was going to… Read more »

{Review+Giveaway} The Family Man by Kelly Eadon @keauthor

{Review+Giveaway} The Family Man by Kelly Eadon @keauthor

The Family Man is an adult contemporary romance by author Kelly Eadon. Normally, this is not a book that I would pick up on my own. I am not typically drawn to books featuring a single parent, but because I have read, and really enjoyed, one of Kelly’s books in the past, I decided to give this book a try. I loved Kelly’s easy way with romance and building a connection between characters. Her last book, The Wedding Date, was a feel good read for me, and I wanted to see if The Family Man would be the same. And it was. The Family Man takes place in the same town, with the same characters, and some new ones thrown in for fun. I like this set up because you can still read each of the books independently, but if you do read them in order you are privy to some extra insights into the various characters and you get to watch them interact in the background throughout the books…. {Review+Giveaway} The Wedding Date by Kelly Eadon @keauthor

{Review+Giveaway} The Wedding Date by Kelly Eadon @keauthor

The Wedding Date is an adult contemporary romance novel by Kelly Eadon. It is marked at adult, but I felt like the characters were right on the border between New adult age and adult age, so I think The Wedding Date would appeal to fans of both age groups. Can I tell you guys a secret? (that is probably not much of a secret…at all) I am sucker for a fake relationship book. I know, that is not surprising at all, but I just can’t get enough of them. They fit perfectly into the fun, light and romantic books I can’t seem to get enough of. And The Wedding Date was all of that and more. It was a really fun read. The Wedding Date is told in dual narrative between Kate and James. I really liked both of the characters. Neither one of them was dramatic at all, so it was very refreshing to see that there was none of the usual over dramatic “roadblocks” that the couple faced…. Read more »
