Hey guys! How has your week been?

It has been a super crazy week at work. It seemed like there were fires left and right that needed to be put out, but this weekend was very nice to unwind. I didn’t get as much reading done as I would have liked, but I did get lots of errands and cleaning done. And sleep. There was lots of catching up on sleep going on. Which are also important things, I guess. haha

But the crazy week at work was balanced out by finding out that…I WON the TWEAK ME CONTEST! Holy cow, I can hardly believe it. There were so many amazing and beautiful blogs. I wanted to give a huge congrats to all of the other blogs nominated. I have followed all of them and most of them are some of my favorite blog designs at the moment. Everyone’s is great.

I still don’t know who nominated me, so if you want to let me know in the comments or email I would love to thank you. It made my week! 🙂 And thank you to everyone who voted for Book Briefs. I think I will have a giveaway celebrating later this week. Wink wink.

Also I have recently been using instagram more. I am becoming more active in the bookstagram community. (as well as documenting trips I am going on, and pictures of my handsome handsome pups, of course!) I would love it if you would follow me.

Also if you know of some not super overwhelming bookstagram tags and challenges to do, let me know!

Congratulations on winning the Tweak Me contest!! And you got a lot of great ARCs! I also have Illuminae and I can’t wait to read it. Have a great week!

  2. Laura Thomas

Wow, congrats on winning TWEAK! That’s awesome. Loving some of those new books this week. I had a weird week, lots of things I couldn’t get done because my car is still in the shop.

  3. Kim Griffin

Congrats on the win! That’s great! Glad you got some rest too. I love the cover of Winter’s Bride, so pretty. Thanks for visiting my blog!

Hey, CONGRATS on winning the Tweak Me Contest!! WOOT, WOOT!! GREAT news!!

I LOVE your stash of printed books! As you know, I prefer printed books to e-books, although I am currently buying them (mostly freebies) because I’m low on cash and space….lol. But I always enjoy looking at photos of printed books!

I see you got four novels I want very badly: “Illuminae”, “The White Rose”, “Ice Like Fire”, and “The Immortal Heights”!! You’re so lucky to have them!!

The rest of the books look good, too, but, since I haven’t heard of them before. I’ll check them out on Goodreads.

Thanks for dropping by and commenting on my STS post!! : )
