Hey guys! How has your week been?

I have been busy and tired and trying my hardest not to get sick. I want a vacation. haha But I have also been trying to cut down on my amount of review books. My calendar is looking pretty full for the summer. And I know that I still need to go back and add a bunch more review books to my schedule, so yea this week I took in less books than usual, and I was pretty pleased about that.

I am also reviving an old project that I had where I provide authors and publishers with a list of book bloggers that are looking for book to review. (Its not a tour company or any kind of paid service, it is just a read-only form that I provide to people that send me review requests)

If you would like more information on that, or if you are a book blogger looking for books to review, you can check out this post.

  1. You got some amazing books this week. I see lots of pretty covers. Orphan Queen was amazing and I hope you love it as much as I did.

  2. I love that feature to share with the authors/publishers! It’s great for bloggers just starting out!

Losing It sounds interesting. I am going to go see if it’s still free. Have a good week!

  3. I think I signed up previously for your review service as I occasionally get emails from authors saying they got my name from you. I’d forgotten all about it. 😀

Good luck with cutting down on your review books. It can be a challenge! But you’re doing well with the Clean Sweep challenge and that helps. 🙂

  4. Some good ones — some I’ve not seen before. I just posted my review of Illusionarium today (no spoilers), if you are interested. Thanks for stopping by.

  5. I’ve been trying to do that as well this year accept less review books, although then especially less books with deadlines, I haven’t been doing too well, but I am not feeling stressed or rushed by the amount of books I accept. So I figure it’s good then.
I like your idea of making a list of bloggers who accept book for reviews. That way if you don’t accept a book for review, you can still help te author. I have done some marketing assistant work for an author once and one of the reviewers I contacted send me a pdf with contact info of other bloggers. It was nice!
I hope you have a great week and enjoy your new books!
