Hey guys! How has your week been?

This week on the blog was like a celebration week for no particular reason! I have had so many awesome books and giveaways up on the blog, including a giveaway where you can win any book you want if you are lucky. 😉 But I also had 3 five star reviews and I was quoted 2 books! I have never had that many 5 star reviews in one week or been quoted in that many books. I am still a little starry eyed.

My friend and I had a great time at Harry Potter world last weekend. I can never get over the magic in that place. The attention to detail that Universal Studios put into every little thing is incredible. And Diagon Alley is so big and so tall that you could easily spend an entire day in and not discover everything. Especially with the interactive wand stops. You get to cast magic spells! You walk around the park and anytime you see a symbol that looks like this in the floor, you can stop and cast that spell and something cool will happen, but only if you do the spell correctly. And there are dozens and dozens of places to cast spells. It is so awesome. The whole experience is very immersive and fabulous.

Books I got this week:

I have been trying to cut down on the amount of review books that I take in because I am always trying to reduce my TBR not make it bigger. And I was doing a good job of reading more than I took in, until I got some packages in the mail. Sigh..I will try again next week. BUT I was super excited for the packages.

*Thank you so much to Penguin, Intermix, KENSINGTON, Lyrical Press, NetGalley, Harlequin MIRA, Bloomsbury USA Childrens, St. Martin’s Press, HarperCollins, Blink, and all of the authors for these awesome books! *

  1. Squee..you have me so exited..my hubby said I get as excited as an 8 year old..but HP turns me into an 8yr old..I want to cast spells and shop in Diagon Alley! Thanks for sharing.

  2. Lots of great books! Congrats on them all and it looks like you are already off to a great start in the TBR challenge! You also reminded me that I should probably do an update soon as well.
