Wow, where is 2014 going?! May is already almost over! I got to go to a Fierce Reads event this week and it was a blast! Book-wise, this has been a pretty great week as well. I got second and 4th books in series that I love, plus a whole lot of other awesomes 🙂
Books I got this week:
*Thank you so much to Simon Pulse, Entangled Covet, Quercus Books, and all of the authors for these awesome books! *
(Click on the book covers to go to the book goodreads page)

I love the Centaur Redemption series. This is the 4th book, and it is still the ONLY ya/na series that I have found about Centaurs. And then of course, I am THRILLED to get books 1 & 2 in the Mixology series from Alyssa Rose Ivy, because anything she writes is amazing. She is one of my favorite authors.

This Week I have:
Happy Memorial Day Weekend! I am spending time with my family and just relaxing and BBQ-ing. And reading lots of books! I am up to 17 books for #CleanSweepARC and still going strong! I am going to meet my goal of 22 books for this event. It will be tight but I will make it happen! 🙂
The Fierce Reads event was so much fun. It was the first time that I got to interview authors in person. They were all so nice. And I got to hand out my new blog business cards that I got for christmas.
Be sure to enter my giveaways going on right now:
My blogoversary giveaway ends this week on the 31st so get your entries in.
(I have a feeling that in my next weekly wrap up or 2 I will be saying that I am packing up a ton of books to send out 🙂 )
This giveaway is huge! I have 3 $25 gift cards up for grabs and 13 boxes of books/ prize packs to give away!
Leave me links to your Sunday posts/stacking the shelves in the comments and I will check them out 🙂

Great haul! Most of these are new to me, so I am excited to read your reviews!
Missie @ A Flurry of Ponderings
Thanks Missy 😉 I can’t wait to read Dark Metropolis so we can compare thoughts.
You are going to love To Have and To Harm, sooo good!
Congrats on all the books!
Happy Reading! You got some awesome books!
Thanks Megan! I am so happy to see that you are back to blogging 🙂
Look at all those lovely books you have to review! I hope you enjoy them and look forward to hearing more about them!
Dani @ Paulette’s Papers
I am pretty excited to read them, but I probably shouldn’t have taken them all when I look at the size of my TBR review pile. haha I never learn…
Shaken not Stirred and On the Rocks looks good. Enjoy your lovely haul! Have an awesome week Michelle!
I can’t turn down Alyssa Rose Ivy. She is awesome. Have you read any of her books?
That is a great haul of books! Enjoy..
Jenea @ Books Live Forever’s Sunday Post
Thanks Jenea. 🙂
I have been trying to limit my review books as much as possible, but I just couldn’t say no to these… ::sigh:: it is the curse of a booklover. It’s so hard to say no to awesome looking books.
Enjoy your nice haul and have a great week 🙂
Thank you! I’m off to check out your week now 🙂
So many good books. I haven’t read any books with centaurs, but yeah, it’s not like there are many out there. Oh I will go check out your post about the event!
Those are still the only Centaur books that I have heard of. The first one came out years ago. (I think 2011) but still no others have popped up.
Last week was a slow week for me book wise…and I was so proud of myself and then this week pops up and I completely undid my review book progress. I blame the ARC reading event. I have been doing SO WELL with it that I finally said yes to some new books, and now my progress is dwindling back down again.
I hope you get to enjoy your weekend with your family a lot!! I noticed you got to similar cover books this week, both with a bottle, I hope they are not as similar as they look by their covers, no one likes reading the same book twice when they are expecting a different one. I’m excited for your shifting fates review, I know you are big Nadia Simonenko fan and actually got me excited to read her books, but this one I wasn’t sure because I’m not a huge fan of shifters, so I’ll wait and see what you thought.
Have a great week.
Thanks Valeria,
I have noticed that a lot of my books lately have been “water” themed. Shades of blue or kind of beachy. I guess it is the season! haha.
Thanks so much. It has been a nice weekend 🙂
The shifters book is on the blog today. It was pretty good, and def an interesting and unique take on shifters, but it was a little short for my tastes.
LOVED your Fierce Reads post!! Thank you for sharing this event with us, with photos!!
Happy Memorial Day!!
LOVE Alyssa Rose Ivy’s covers 🙂 Very unique :))
Thank you! It was so much fun to go to. It was my first big event that I have been able to go to. It will have to be my BEA for this year. haha
Happy Memorial day to you. You got a great selection books, happy reading
Hi Michelle I added the button so you can follow via RSS..by the way how did you get those figures under your buttons in social media
Business cards is quite a good idea if you are going to an event – have to keep that in mind, they don’t even have to be very expensive. Looks like you enjoyed yourself.
Have a great week and Happy Reading.
